When a need for photography or videography services for public artwork (or cultural events) arises, ACD will use the QVL to obtain a quote then issue a Purchase Order to the selected vendor for service. Selected vendors will capture and provide photographs or videos for electronic

and hardcopy publications including social media, fact sheets, newsletters, posters, websites, and various other print and digital media. If you have demonstrated experience providing comparable photo documentation or live-event photography/videography services and are interested in this opportunity, you are invited to respond to this Request for Qualifications.
