RFQ - Preliminary Engineering Report, Design Services and Construction Administration

The City of Dillard requests “Statements of Qualifications” (RFQ’s) from professional engineering design firms to provide preliminary engineering, surveying, design, permitting, bidding and construction phase services for the City’s upcoming water and sewer system expansion and improvement program. The required format and details for submitting the RFQ may be obtained by phone request to Ms. Glenda Enloe, City Clerk at 706-746-5891 or by email glendaenloe@cityofdillardga.com. The RFQ response must be sealed, delivered and received by the City and marked RFP 2019-02 on the outside of the envelope.
