Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The City of Flagstaff (Owner) is seeking Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from Arizona licensed Professionals (Firm) to provide professional engineering services (Project), including: 1. Management of the Owner’s Water and Sewer models that are currently set up in WaterGEMS and SewerCAD, with annual validation and updating as needed. 2. Development of professionally sealed Water and Sewer Impact Analysis (WSIA) reports for the Owner’s development projects and capital improvement projects that meet the necessary thresholds. WSIAs will include additional demands and changes to infrastructure to identify deficiencies and needed improvements to the water distribution system, wastewater collection system, water storage, water production, and wastewater treatment. 3. On average, based on development demand, Owner is conducting 8-15 WSIAs per year. Wherever the word "Firm" is used in this Request for Statements of Qualifications (RSOQ), it will mean each or any of the individuals, firms, partnerships, or corporations, submitting an SOQ for engineering services being sought by the Owner for this Project. All qualified Firms interested in providing the required services are invited to submit their SOQs which comply with the requirements specified in this RSOQ. The selected Firm will be expected to enter into a base Contract for Professional Services (Contract). The Contract will be awarded at the Owner’s discretion.
