The selected firm will be required to provide an Abbreviated Engineering Assessment Report, Environmental Documentation, all Permits, Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Investigation, Utility Coordination, Hydraulic Analysis and Design, Right of Way Plan Development (including Abstracting, R/W Engineering and R/W Staking),

and Construction Phase Services. Additional services may also be required, such as, Wetland Mitigation, Archaeological Investigations and Historical/Architectural Investigations. INDOT will provide Real Estate Acquisition Services. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP item.
