The Naval Supply Systems Command (NAVSUP) Fleet Logistics Center Norfolk (FLCN) Mechanicsburg Contracting Office is performing market research on behalf of NAVSUP to identify capable industry resources that can provide and drive cultural digital transformation change management. The purpose of this form is to allow interested contractors the opportunity to identify themselves with regard to interest and technical capability. Description of Services • Build a cross-functional, mixed government organic and commercial personnel, agile Digital Transformation Community of Practice that prototypes, guides, and mentors all other business areas within NAVSUP. US Navy subject matter expertise is required in, but not limited to the following business areas: o Finance o Contracting o Corporate Operations o Workforce Management o Innovation o Supply Chain o Policy o Technology • Execute data-driven cultural change management initiatives to include formal and informal training, on-the-job mentoring, collaboration, knowledge management, and lead transformation of new core enterprise values in decision-making, even in the face of mass adversity from existing internal and external cultural norms and military bureaucracies. • Total workforce cultural transformation, to include execution of changed policies and implementation and use of technology platforms where applicable to support, enable, and drive the transformation.
