HTDC is requesting information on project proposals from interested parties for its planned SSBCI Loan Participation Program. The program will provide subordinate financing, in conjunction with a financial institution(s)’s senior debt, with a priority for catalytic projects and/or proposals to accelerate DBEDT and Hawaii 2.0 priorities.
