Track Changes The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking information for the use of a service(s) or solution(s) to support the Office of the Customer Experience (OCX) Intranet Initiative for USDA employees.

A OneUSDA Intranet site for two-way communications with all employees. This will enable the Secretary and all leaders to send a consistent message to all team members at the same time. This could be an overlay to existing Agency Intranet sites, not necessarily a replacement. Ideally, this would be the home screen for all employees. From this entry point, they could click away to any other site as they do today.
