Following the permitted plans the project will include the enhancing the existing footing, fencing, irrigation, drainage, amenities and storm water management. This project will be funding with a fifty percent match with the Wills Park Equestrian Foundation as agreed in the current MOU with the City of Alpharetta. City will hold a pre-proposal meeting to discuss specific project points. While this meeting is not mandatory, we highly recommend attendance by all interested Offerors. a. The meeting will take place at the Wills Park Equestrian Center Concession Stand, 11915 Wills Road, Alpharetta, GA. ( Shown in aerial photo below, circled in yellow.) Parking is available near Wills Road entry. d. The intent of this meeting is to allow discussion and questions between bidders and our team members. e.
