Request for Proposal Police Vehicle Upfit Services The City of Winston-Salem is seeking proposals for the upfit of new Ford Interceptor Police Pursuit vehicles as well as other vehicles currently in use by the Winston-Salem Police Department. The City will provide most or all equipment needed to be installed by the successful bidder. All parts not specifically mentioned in this bid document which are necessary for the operation of the equipment, shall be furnished by the successful bidder. All equipment provided shall meet the requirements of OSHA, State and Federal laws Private firms are invited to submit RFP responses for providing the requested services to the City no later than 12:00 PM, November 29, 2022. Responses delivered after this deadline will NOT be considered. Note: This is NOT the complete RFP document.
