RFP scheduled to advertise in the Portland Daily Journal of Commerce on June 12 and June 14, 2023. SCOPE OF WORK AND BID SUBMITTAL: The City of Oregon City seeks proposals from qualified firms or individuals to provide engineering and other professional services related to professional engineering and construction management services. Proposals will be received until 2:00 P.M. local time on July 13, 2023, at the Oregon City Engineering and Operations Center, 13895 Fir Street – 2nd Floor, Oregon City, Oregon 97045. Late proposals will not be considered. There will be no formal proposal opening. OBTAINING SOLICITATION DOCUMENTS: Solicitation documents may be obtained on this site by creating a new user account and registering for the

project. PLEASE BE AWARE that once you register to be on the planholder's list, you cannot be removed; you will continue to get updates on this project during the duration of the bid process. ADDENDA & CLARIFICATIONS: Addenda, clarifications, and notices will be distributed through this online planholder system; if you are not registered to be a planholder it will preclude you from receiving addenda.
