2:00 p.m., Thursday, August 6, 2020 at said office to be publicly opened.
 
The intent of this Invitation to Bid is to obtain total pricing for the City of Bridgeport Housing & Community Development Department per the attached bid specifications.



All bidders are required to  participate in the scheduled site visit of the property located at
– Monday, July 20,2020 10:30 AM

, 06605 for a tour of the areas and to make themselves familiar with the conditions at the site and to determine the scope of the job,
as no allowances will be made for errors in judgment or omissions. It will be the responsibility of the Contractor to be sufficiently familiar with the site. 


The cutoff date for questions is 4:00 pm on Friday, July 24, 2020 .
