The United States Government and USDA Forest Service are seeking to lease approximately 4806 rentable square feet of ANSI/BOMA (ABOA SF) office space in Monticello, Utah. The Government also requires a minimum of 54 parking spaces for visitors, and employees. The total estimated site requirement is 0.89 acres. Site must be located within the following delineated area: Adjacent to State Highway 191 (north/south), or State Highway 491 (east/west), or State Highway 101 (west), within the city limits north to Pehrson Rd, south to Heritage Lane, east to S.Horsehead Dr., and west to Pinon Dr. Additional special requirements are needed and will be addressed during the on-site survey and in the subsequent Request for Lease Proposals (RLP). All services, supplies, utilities, and required tenant alterations are to be provided as part of the rental consideration. The term will be for 18 years firm. Space must be available for occupancy within 365 days from date of contract award.
