Pre-proposal Questions: Questions may be sent via e-mail to Tiffany Moore at tmoore@bhcity.us through 12:00PM on February 5, 2024. Any

written response(s) of the City will be issued as an addendum to the Request for Proposal (“RFP”) and will be available on the City’s website www.bhcity.us. Proposals: All firms or individuals shall answer the qualifications questionnaire and submit all information requested herein in order for submission to be considered. Provide seven (7) copies of the enclosed qualifications questionnaire, and bid proposals in a sealed envelope clearly marked with “RFP – Assessing Services” via hand delivery, mail or courier on or before 12:00PM EST on February 9, 2024 for furnishing the services described herein, to: City of Benton Harbor Office of the City Clerk 200 E. Wall Street Benton Harbor, MI 49022 The City of Benton Harbor reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals without recourse, to waive technicalities or to accept the proposal which in its judgment best serves the interest of the City. Cost of submittal of this proposal is considered an operational cost of the proposer and shall not be passed on to be borne by the City.
