BRIEF DESCRIPTION: The scope of work includes but is not limited the repair of a 23,350 SF Fuel Cell Hangar. The facility’s exterior repairs will include replacement of roof and associated stormwater drainage components, vent covers, fascia paneling, exterior lighting and exterior roll-up doors. Exterior masonry shall be power washed and all waterproofing and

sealing repaired. The roof fall protection system will need replaced and certified. The interior repairs will include removal of the existing fire suppression system and repairing/replacing existing fire sprinkler system to comply with new tier 2 fire protection standards. Repair water tank and piping exterior insulation and coatings. Repair hangar radiant heating system. Repair shop areas to include interior walls, ceilings, lighting, electrical, HVAC and controls, mechanical, plumbing, fixtures, paint, interior and exterior doors, tile, and floor coverings. Repair inoperable eye wash/shower stations, fall arrest life safety systems, breathing air system, hangar ventilation hose pulley system, compressed air system, hangar ventilation hose pulley system, compressed air system, and electrical reels.
