PROVISION OF PROFESSIONAL REAL ESTATE SERVICES Project Description :The Municipality’s Legal Department is seeking a Request for Qualifications from Real Estate Professionals and/or firms holding a valid real estate brokerage license and the necessary professional qualifications and experience to provide professional real estate services in the Cape Breton Regional Municipality as required on behalf of the Municipality. The process will streamline the procurement of such services. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications is to establish a roster for the CBRM for real estate services and will provide the CBRM with an effective means to procure needed skills from the marketplace that can address real estate requirements on short notice, or on a short-term basis. Firms will be selected by project based on qualifications, experience, services offered, past performance, proposed fees and other relevant considerations.
