Position AnnouncementMultimedia Communications SpecialistAshwaubenon, WIThe Village of Ashwaubenon, population 16,996, is accepting applications for a full-time Multimedia & Communications Specialist (37.5 hours/week). This newly created position will provide internal and external communications, public relations, and marketing support for the Village of Ashwaubenon. The incumbent will develop a variety of communication and marketing materials for use internally and externally, including, but not limited to press releases, newsletters, brochures, ads, customer communications, web pages, posters, social media posts across multiple platforms, e-newsletters, and more. Support and coordinate with existing staff with updating social media, intranet, public facing web pages, print media, and video messaging. Provide editorial and proofreading support per an adopted style guide for the Village and its departments and services. Operate and manage AV systems for public access viewing of

Village Board and other various public meetings. This position reports directly to the Village Manager. However, the incumbent will work with direction from the IT Manager regarding the Village’s information systems. Position Hiring Pay Range: $47,500 – $50,000 (2022) - plus an attractive benefits package. Qualified applicants should possess an associate degree in graphic design, communications, marketing or a related field or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
