Demolition and Removal of a Residential Dwelling & Outbuildings at 12 Ginny Hill Rd, Marshalltown, D Foundation walls, piers, etc., are to be demolished to 0.300 metres below grade. Where concrete slabs exist at grade level, they may remain as approved locally by DTIR. No lumber, lath or plaster to be left on the site. Stone or concrete from foundation may be placed in basement excavation. The Contractor to fill in basement excavation to grade level with earth fill and in no case shall any depressions be left in area where building has been
removed.
Electric services, telephone, cable, sewer, and water piping to buildings shall be disconnected and properly terminated as required by the appropriate regulations.
WELLS/SEPTIC SYSTEM
A. Any well(s) on site to be located, and decommissioned in accordance with the Environment Act. Well Driller’s report must be submitted prior to payment and/or return of the security deposit.
B. Septic Tanks are to be located and pumped by a septic tank cleaner in accordance with the Environment Act. The empty tank is to be filled with sand or gravel. Septic Cleaner’s receipt must be submitted prior to payment and/or return of the security deposit.
Contractor to remove all outbuildings, trailers, sheds, garages, etc. and leave premises clean and free from all material and rubbish to the satisfaction of the DTIR.
Fuel oil tanks to be drained by the appropriate personnel and tank not to be reused. Receipt for work must be submitted.
Employ Rodent and Vermin Exterminators to comply with Department of Health and Environment Regulations, prior to demolition. Receipt for work must be submitted.
