Scope of Services
Safety improvements and giving the facility a face-lift, including paint, facility repairs, and better landscaping, which will also help promote a safer environment at the Transportation Center and a new building addition on to the south side of the existing building.

Plans and Specifications are also available for purchase from the Utilities Engineering Division, 1010 Tenth Street, Suite 4100, Modesto, California, (209) 577 5462, with a deposit of $100.00, plus shipping if requested. Make checks payable to the City of Modesto, Attn: 4th Floor, Bid Requests, P.O. Box 642, Modesto, California 95353. The entire deposit of $100.00 is refundable if plans and specifications are returned in good condition within 15 calendar days after Council action. For shipping requests, a Federal Express or UPS account must be provided, or other arrangements may be requested. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
