V1.0 4-16Synopsis:NASA/NSSC has a requirement for MPSM-2012-1, MPSM-2515-4, MPFM-461-1, MACQ-600-1, MPPC-600-1, MSCD-606D-13, MPMC-106V-1, MRTD-114A-1, MTCD-208B-2, RJC-108-1, MBIM-553A-1, MBIM-232D-2, MBIM-009H-1, MBIM-009H-2, MBIM-009H3, MAMM-124B-1, METI-201B-1, MSCD-108D-11, NSW-12GT-1, nGWY-2000-1 (all flight test data acquisition equipment).NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to Curtiss-Wright / TTC Teletronics Technology Corporation, 15 Terry Dr, Newtown, PA 18940-1830 under the authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i). It has been determined that Curtiss-Wright / TTC Teletronics Technology Corporation, Inc is the sole provider of Flight Test Data Acquisition Equipment as described above.NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Armstrong Flight Research Center (AFRC).The Government intends to acquire commercial items and services using the provisions, clauses and procedures prescribed in FAR Part 12 and FAR Part 13.The

NAICS Code for this procurement is 336413Interested organizations may submit their capabilities and qualifications to perform the effort in writing to the identified point of contact not later than 1:00 p.m. Central Standard Time on September 6, 2019 . Such capabilities/qualifications will be evaluated solely for the purpose of determining whether or not to conduct this procurement on a competitive basis.
