Iran Contracting Act Certification VI. SELECTION CRITERIA A. Proposals will be opened on or after the date and time specified in the Schedule Summary. During the evaluation process, the District may ask Respondents to clarify information in the proposals, but Respondents may not change their proposals. B. An error in the proposal may cause the District to reject that proposal; however, the District may, at its sole discretion, retain the proposal and make certain corrections. When determining if a correction will be made, the District will consider the conformance of the proposal to the format and content required by the RFP and that the Respondent's intent is clearly established based on review of the whole proposal. Based on that established intent, the District may choose to correct errors such as obvious grammatical or punctuation errors and arithmetic errors. The master copy of the proposal shall have priority over additional proposal copies. C. The District will open proposals to determine if they contain all the required information in accordance with this RFP. The District will evaluate qualifying proposals using the following criteria: CRITERIA MAXIMUM POINTS 1 Cost 55 2 Menu Quality and Vision: Meeting meal pattern requirements, ability to increase menu options while maintaining cost efficiency, demonstrated supplier relationships who provide fresh, minimally processed, and quality ingredients, and an involvement plan that includes student voice and perspectives into the menuing process.
