The Contractor shall perform the following scope of work for Electrical Maintenance Services. The work shall be further defined in approved Task Authorizations written by the Contractor with email approval by the New Mexico Spaceport Authority, hereinafter
referred to as "AGENCY". such Task Authorizations becoming a part of this contract. No work shall be authorized, undertaken, or compensated unless approved in writing by email via a Task Authorization 2. Performance Measures • Monthly filing of contractually required reports (narrative and financial) • Provide timely response to customer requests for work performance within 24 hours. • Monthly status reports in writing by sending monthly status reports via email by the 5 th day of the month for the previous month. This can be in the format of the vendors choice and will consist of ongoing projects. 3. Summary The contractor is expected to provide solutions that are cost effective while producing a highly reliable and efficient electrical system on site. The contractor will be responsible for providing services, expertise, or additional capacity to augment Agency's ability to self- perform tasks at Spaceport America. Contractor is responsible for securing all necessary licenses, permits, or authorizations to provide the Contractor performed services described herein and shall allow the inspection by the Agency upon request. At a minimum, Contractor shall carry an EE-98 license and also an EL I license. The Contractor shall be required to provide the sufficient and appropriate number of experienced qualified personnel from time of hiring until final completion of the contract as agreed upon by Contractor and Agency. Contractor is allowed to use subcontractors only at the discretion of the Agency and with written confirmation. The Agency retains the option to contract directly with Sierra Electric Cooperative separate from this agreement for electrical maintenance related to the High Voltage Power Line at the discretion of the Agency. 4. State Furnished Items 4.1 Facilities. The Agency will provide the following facilities and or work areas for use during performance of this contract: • Supply storage as available for necessary supplies, equipment, and stock items in available storage areas on the site. 4.2 Services. The Agency will provide the following on-site services for Contractor’s use during performance of this contract, subject to availability: • Water/wastewater • Internet access • Wireless radio systems 5. Contractor Furnished Items Description 5.1 Except as provided in Section 3, the Contractor shall be responsible for furnishing all property and services required for performance of services under the awarded contract, by the Agency. Contractor furnished property and services shall be compatible with existing systems. All equipment will be maintained in proper condition, serviceable and ready for use. Contractor furnished items include, but are not limited to, those items listed below. 5.1.1 Equipment. Contractor to furnish and maintain all equipment, hardware, and software necessary to meet the requirements of this Scope of Work. 5.1.2 Uniforms. Contractor to provide uniforms for all employees consistent with Spaceport America color and branding standards, as made available to the contractor. 5.1.3 Personal Protective Equipment. Contractor to provide Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) as required for the safe and efficient performance of all duties included in this SOW. Training (and certification where required) of employees in use of PPE and required maintenance of PPE are the responsibility of the contractor. 6. Electrical Maintenance Specifications 6.1 General. Contractor shall provide Electrical Maintenance services for all facilities on site at the highest level of performance, consistent with the mission of Spaceport America and its tenants. Contractor must coordinate electrical outages with Spaceport stakeholders if any systems or subsystems must be deactivated for task. The following services shall be performed. 6.2 Emergency and Urgent Response 6.2.1 Emergency responders shall be available at all times, 24 hours a day, seven days a week. (24-hour cell number required). 6.2.2 Make contact with Agency to establish a response plan within two (2) h
