The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to award a sole source contract to National Contract Management Association (NCMA) (21740 Beaumeade Circle, Suite 125, Ashburn, VA 20147) for 235 organizational memberships. Memberships provide literature, training, networking, and certification for government contracting personnel.The associated North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 813920 –Professional Organizations, with a $20.5 million size standard.This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; no solicitationis forthcoming.
