Completion of the priority work items return the facility to normal operation, defer deterioration, correct fire/life safety hazard, or correct ADA requirements. This work contributes towards meeting the DEPARTMENT’s Strategic Plan goals to optimize safety, effectively preserve and manage our assets, and efficiently operate the transportation system.Project Scope:The purpose of the assessment is to evaluate facilities statewide to allow the DEPARTMENT’s Architecture Section to prioritize and complete repairs. The basis of the assessment is built on specific elements as per ASTM E1557-009 and will be used to develop a database.
