Per GSAR 570.402 procedures.In support of the VA Readjustment Counseling Service Office, Network Contracting Office 4 (NCO4) intends to conduct the acquisition of leased office space for the Bucks County PA Veterans Center utilizing other than full and open competition procedures. The existing lease expires on 04/20/2020.The requirement is for up to 3000 net usable square feet (NUSF) of office space with adequate parking and within walkable distance of mass transit stops, among other factors. The space shall be configured to house a Veterans Center which provides for Veteran s readjustment services after military service. Current boundaries of the area are bounded to the South and East by the Delaware River, to the North by PA Route 1, and to the West by I-295 and Neshaminy Creek.The Government is interested in considering alternative space if economically advantageous among other factors, otherwise the Government shall pursue a sole source acquisition with the existing Lessor.The Government shall factor in costs associated with moving, alterations, and other costs when deciding whether it will relocate.This is not a request for quotations, bids, or proposals. Any costs incurred by potential vendors reviewing or responding to this notice shall not be reimbursed by the Government. Furthermore, there is no guarantee a solicitation will be issued for this requirement. Responses, due October 1, 2019, and should include Vendor size status per FAR Part 19 if applicable.
