The Port intends to issue a single five-year contract to the successful proposer. Each audit shall be conducted in accordance with auditing standards generally accepted in the United States of America, the Minimum Standards for Audits of Oregon Municipal Corporations, and Government Auditing Standards issued by the Comptroller of the United States, including the requirements of the Single Audit Act provisions of OMB Uniform Guidance.
