City Hall Roof Restoration

Description: This project provides for the installation of a new roof re-cover including all material, flashing, insulation, labor, warranty to complete the restoration per specifications. The project is located at City Hall 300 W. Cotton St Longview.  The bid specifications maybe be downloaded from the City website. Special Instructions: Contract documents including bid proposal forms, plan sheets, and specifications for the Project may be viewed and downloaded free of charge on the City Website  https://longviewtexas.gov/list.aspx. Plans and specifications may be examined without charge at the office of the Public Works Engineer, 933 Mobile Drive, Longview, Texas, 75604, (903)237-1112.
