The Federal Bureau of Prisons (BOP) anticipates issuance of solicitation
RFQP04191700007 for the award of a firm fixed-price construction contract, entitle Replace Grease Trap at Federal Administrative United States Penitentiary (AUSP) Thomson.
AUSP Thomson is an Administrative United States Penitentiary facility located at One Mile Road, Thomson, Illinois 61285. The project consists of furnishing all equipment, materials, and labor for the complete construction of the work. The purpose of the project is to provide and install a 10,000 gallon Triple Basin Passive HighGuard grease interceptor from Highland Tank manufacture or equal in accordance with the Specifications and the Technical Design Guidelines. See the Specifications and Technical Design Guidelines attachments included with the solicitation positing (to be issued at later date as described herein) for the complete requirements of the work.
The performance period for the project will be 90 calendar days from issuance of the notice to proceed.
Pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation 36.204, the estimated magnitude of the project lies between $100,000 and $250,000.
The solicitation will be available approximately on or about June 7, 2017. The solicitation will be distributed solely through the General Services Administration's (GSA) Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) website and ww.fbo.gov.
