Bid Title:2024-2026 As-Needed Engineering Services Category:ServicesStatus:Open Description: The Monroe County Road Commission (MCRC) invites qualified Consultants to submit proposals for As-Needed Engineering Services. Services will be performed on various federal, state, and locally funded road and bridge projects during the 2024, 2025, and 2026 calendar years. The Monroe County Road Commission (MCRC) will be using a Qualifications Based Selection process to select not less than two consultants in each of the following service categories: Road Design, Bridge Design, Construction Engineering and Inspection, Geotechnical Engineering and Materials Testing, and Bridge and Culvert Inspections. Future projects or tasks will be assigned to the selected As-Needed Engineering Services Consultants at the discretion of the MCRC based on workload and funding.
