Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) B1111 Energy Efficiency Implementation

This acquisition will be conducted under the GSA Areawide Public Utility Contract Program (40U.S.C. 501). This action is for the award of a firm fixed price Task Order to complete theconstruction phase of the Utility Energy Service Contract (UESC) for the Building 1111 EnergyImprovement Project. This is a follow on action as Phase III in a three phase process: Phase I:Preliminary Feasability Audit (PFA) was completed by Mississippi Power on 9/15/2023. PhaseII: Investmenet Grade Audit (IGA) was completed by Mississsippi Power on 11/17/2023. PhaseIII: Implementation/ Construction – design/build is the final phase.
