The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE), Kansas City District (NWK), Harry S. Truman Lake Project has a need for the clearing of and application of chemical to approximately 75 miles of Harry S. Truman Project boundary and replacing up to 75 boundary marker posts. FY25 (OPTION) Services include the clearing of and application of chemical to approximately 75 miles of Harry S. Truman Project boundary and replacing up to 75 boundary markers. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, supplies, and supervision, as necessary to perform tasks as described in this PWS from the defined starting point to the defined ending point. The contractor shall adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations.Due to the nature of the vegetation growth around Truman Lake this should not be a basis for assumptions on quantity or size of vegetation. Shaded areas, low lying areas, fertile soil, etc all grow differently than the opposite conditions. Contractors are strongly encouraged to verify required work efforts via visual inspection during the site visit or at their own leisure prior to bid submission.
