ADA-07900 Proposal to Extend a State Airport Land Lease at Dillingham Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to extend Lease ADA-07900 (Lot 1C, Block 600), consisting of approximately 67,520 square feet, at Dillingham Airport for an additional five years. Applicant: Alaska Cargo Service. Annual rent: $6,444.27. Authorized uses: Aeronautical - handling and storage of air cargo/freight to be transported via Lessee's aircraft; turn-around agent for a commercial cargo airline; aircraft parking; vehicle parking; parking of two mobile fuelers, continued operation and maintenance of a structure for air cargo, freight/mail storage and office space; above ground fuel storage and sales.This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., November 3, 2021, after which the Department will determine whether or not to extend the lease.
