Financial Consulting and Advisory Services The City of Calgary (The City) is issuing this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) to retain up to three (3) consulting firms per category to provide financial consulting and advisory services for project and business evaluations under the direction of The City’s Corporate and Innovative Finance section with the Treasury Division.
The services required are divided into the following two (2) categories:
    
Category 1: Requests for Loans and Loan

Guarantees Project and business evaluation, including risk assessment and management; governance review; financial analysis, including financial modelling; and transaction advisory.
 
Category 2: Other Advisory Services Project and business evaluation, including risk assessment and management; procurement support, including commercial advice, and evaluating alternative delivery approaches; assessing best practices; financial due diligence, including financial modelling; financial advisory; and transaction advisory.
Respondents are invited to submit responses to one or both of the above-described categories.
If selecting to submit on more than one category,
a separate proposal is required for each category. Clearly indicate the applicable category on the front cover of the proposal.
