This RFP may result in a single award or a multiple award to contract with the County for the purpose of providing on-site psychiatrist coverage at Main Jail, on-site psychiatrist coverage at Main Jail’s Acute Psychiatric Unit, on-site psychiatrist floating coverage, and on-call psychiatrist coverage as described in this solicitation. It is the County’s intent to award an agreement with an initial term of five years, unless terminated earlier or otherwise amended. The Offeror and the County will agree upon a scope of services outlining the rights and responsibilities of each party through a contract.
