The purpose of this project is to provide additional historic research consulting for the building and site of the California State Parks, San Diego Coast District, North Sector
Office located in Carlsbad, CA. A more formal evaluation, and guidelines for both rehabilitation and maintenance efforts to preserve the historic structure for the San Diego Coast District. Cultural staff are requesting a Historic Structures Report (HSR) to reach these ends with a primary focus of providing prioritization of necessary repairs to ensure preservation of building.
Question Deadline: Questions about this project may be submitted to casey.wear@parks.ca.gov, by March 2, 2020 by 4:00 pm PST. All questions will be answered together March 3, 2020 by 2:00 pm PST.
Addenda #1 changes the bid opening date.
