UNR - Design and Install 25kV Service for Church Fine Arts

**NSHE recently migrated to a new payment system that requires all of our vendors register with the system in order for our Controllers office to allow us to pay you. company is listed and shows the Supplier Status as anything other than “Accepted” then there are still steps that must be completed before your registration is approved.

**Once an ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR is released for bidding, bidders may begin working on their response and uploading required documents without submitting their bid early. The NGEM system allows for bidders to save their work. Please make use of this capability in order to give your company enough time to review your response and upload any other documents on the day the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes so that you do not miss the cut-off time.

**Once the ITB/RFP/RFQ/CMAR closes and the responses are unsealed electronically, the list of bidders/responders will be immediately posted online and available to the public for viewing. This document can be accessed by clicking on Closed Bid Opportunities, selecting the specific opportunity, and scrolling down to Bid Documents. The Bid Tabulation document will be available for review there.

Description of Work:
This is a prevailing wage project. Phase 1 of 2 for replacing 1 of 3 existing 5kV services running through the building with one exterior 25kV service and replace existing switchboard.

Liquidated Damages: $500/day

Special Licenses/Qualifications: 25kV work and terminations shall be done by certified technicians for medium voltage terminations.

Special Considerations: The work to replace the existing indoor switchboard will need to be done over a weekend. Contractor shall include all costs associated with weekend work in their bid.

Required Insurance if Awarded: Commercial General Liability, Business Automobile Liability, Workers' Compensation, and Builders Risk. Please refer to the TEMPLATE-Owner Contractor Construction Agreement on the Attachments tab for limits and additional information.

Completion of Work: Subject to change by Owner, Work is scheduled to begin on "February 5, 2021" and shall be fully complete by "August 20, 2021".
