Bid Number:ITB PWUP 24-04 Bid Title:FULL DEPTH RECLAMATION – BOLTON CIRCLE Category:Public Works, Utilities, & ParksStatus:Open Description: City of NorcrossDepartment of Public Works, Utilities & Parks INVITATION TO BIDFULL DEPTH RECLAMATION – BOLTON CIRCLE ITB PWUP 24-04 OVERVIEW: This project addresses Bolton Circle (Beaver Ruin Rd. to Beaver Ruin Rd. approximately 0.63 miles) for full depth reclamation, requiring a pavement structural number of at least 3.33 to allow for a 20-year design life with a minimum of 6% cement to soil ratio in the City of Norcross, Gwinnett County. Please refer to the attached documents (Pavement Evaluation Summary) for the complete scope of project. Plan on a minimum 50-foot tie-in transition for the beginning and ending of the proposed alignment and on the side road. The tie-in transition will consist of milling 2 inches and inlaying with 12.5 mm Superpave asphalt concrete mix. All work must be completed prior to July 30, 2024, and in accordance with
