Bid Number:23-12 Bid Title:Consulting Services for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Planning and Development of a Req Category:City of San GabrielStatus:Open Description: It is the intent of the City of San Gabriel (“City”) to receive proposals from qualified consultants to provide Consulting Services for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Project Planning and development of a Request for Proposals for such project. The City is requesting proposals from qualified firms with proven experience to conduct needs assessment for an anticipated ERP replacement, draft an RFP for ERP replacement, develop an implementation plan, assist in evaluating, selecting, and negotiating a contract with a preferred system vendor, and, optionally, facilitate some client-side project management during implementation of the new ERP. The City will select and negotiate with the qualified consultant(s) whose proposals are responsive to this RFP and are in the best interest of the City. Any competitive proposal submitted in response to this RFP must provide sufficient detail and information to complete an evaluation of its merits. The instructions contained herein must be followed in order for competitive proposals to be considered responsive to this RFP. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals.
