INVITATION TO BID for On Call Pavement Striping

Description: The City of Blue Springs, Missouri is seeking bids from qualified firms to provide the following services: On Call Pavement Striping. These services will be for one year with the option to extend the contract an additional four 1-year terms. Firms with substantial experience and positive references in providing these services will be considered. The Request for Bid package will be available on Thursday, August 9, 2018, and may be picked up at the Public Works Operations Building, 500 SE Sunnyside School Road, Blue Springs, MO. 64014 or call 816-228-0195. Deadline to submit a bid is Wednesday, September 5, 2018 at 2:00 pm. The City of Blue Springs reserves the right to reject any and all bids, and to waive any informalities or irregularities therein. The City of Blue Springs hereby notifies all bidders that it will affirmatively ensure that in any contract entered into pursuant to the advertisement, minority business enterprises will be afforded full opportunity to submit bids without discrimination, regardless of race, color, or national origin in consideration for any award. No bidder may withdraw his bid within 60 days after the actual date of opening thereof.
