Project Description:The City of Cincinnati is looking for an AI (artificial intelligence) chatbot to integrate with its website, mobile app, and the City’s existing customer service request (CSR) System. Today, citizens can initiate service requests in the CSR system through a browser-based portal (www.cincy311.com) and an iOS/Android mobile app (FixItCincy). The City wishes the AI chatbot

to become an additional method to ingest new requests into the CSR system. The chatbot should also, to the extent possible, answer citizen questions without the need to create a CSR request or interact with a live agent. Through the use of AI, natural language processing, and machine learning, the City hopes to answer citizen questions directly as much as possible, get citizens the information they need as quickly as possible, and reduce staff time.
