Investment Promotion Activity (IPA)

The United States Agency for International Development (USAID) is seeking proposals to provide technical assistance and support to USAID/Pakistan’s Office of Economic Growth and Agriculture (EGA) for their Investment Promotion Activity as described in the attached Request for Proposals (RFP).USAID anticipates the award of a Cost-Plus-Fixed Fee (CPFF) Completion type contract for an anticipated five-year period. The procurement will be conducted through full and open competition, under which any type of organization (large or small commercial [for profit] firms, educational institutions, and nonprofit organizations) is eligible to compete. The procedures set forth in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 15 apply. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 541990. The authorized geographic code is 937.The overall estimated cost of this procurement is between $15 million and $17.5 million.
