The City is seeking partners who are able to demonstrate a history of successful service delivery to populations that is aligned with best practice models. The partner must be able to secure a private partner match of at least 100% of the amount requested for the award. This Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) provides the form of application and scoring criteria for the award of workforce development grants, defined as

contracts for workforce and employment services directly benefitting residents of the City of Dallas. A maximum of $125,000 is available for award for workforce training in a target occupation.
