This RFP invites the submittal proposals from private firms or individuals to operate a video observation (streaming) and distribution system at the City of Jacksonville public boat ramps that will be made available to public at no cost through the internet and a mobile application. The system will provide a minimum of 15 cameras and the supporting infrastructure. Video will be distributed to the public through a dedicated website and dedicated mobile application.
