This Limited Sources Justification is for Other Than Full and Open Competition in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a)(2). This redacted Justification and Approval is submitted to the Government Point of Entry (GPE) in accordance with FAR 6.305. This document provides justification to limit the competition of the Engineering and Manufacturing Development (EMD), Initial Production and Full Rate Production of the Three-Dimensional Expeditionary Long-Range Radar (3DELRR) system to Lockheed Corporation; Northrop Grumman; and Raytheon Company. A new contract was awarded through limited competition on 11 May 2017 for the EMD, Initial Production, Interim Contractor Support (ICS) and Full Rate Production of the 3DELRR system to Raytheon Company, IDS (FA8730-17-C-0018). 3DELRR will be the principal USAF long-range, ground-based sensor for detecting, identifying, tracking, and reporting aerial targets for the Joint Force Air Component Commander (JFACC) through the Theater Air Control System
