406 West Main Street Foundation Repairs Category:Administration Request for Proposals The City of Festus, Missouri is seeking bids from qualified parties for Foundation Repairs at 406 West Main Street. The project is located adjacent to the Festus Public Library at 406 West Main Street, Festus, Missouri, 63028. The work includes, but is not necessarily limited to placement of helical piers (or other accepted technology) and pressure grouting to reinforce and level the concrete slab floor and foundation over the rear-most 500 square feet of the building. The methods used shall help ensure that no additional future settlement occurs. The proposals shall include a detailed work plan, description of the proposed technology, warranty details and pricing. Sealed Proposals will be received by at City Hall, 711 West Main Street, Festus, Missouri 63028 until Thursday March 2 nd at 2 p.m. The City of Festus also reserves the right to reject any proposal not deemed in the best interest of the City.
