Consultant(s) to serve as Metropolitan’s Municipal Advisor (MA) to provide a broad platform of services that will result in the successful execution of financial transactions. Additionally, the municipal advisor will support Metropolitan in structuring the issuance and sale of bonds, notes, and other securities as well as providing assistance and analyses for various projects, including negotiating financing terms, drafting documents, and advising on legislation, regulations or other procedures. Other Details Respondent must meet the following minimum qualifications. Respondent's Statement of Qualifications (SOQ) will be deemed non-responsive to the extent that it does not meet the minimum qualifications. 1. Respondent shall designate one individual employee to serve as the "Lead Contact" (also known as Principal or Key Personnel), who will work directly with Metropolitan. 2. Respondents Lead Contact shall have a minimum of five (5) years’ experience in providing MA services to California state and local municipalities (see Section 2, Scope of Services for detailed description). 3. Respondent’s Lead Contact must submit a copy of current registration with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) and Municipal Securities Rulemaking Board (MSRB) as a MA. 4.
