The TMC shall be the primary provider of 1) commercial and chartered air 2) hotels & lodging 3) ground transportation services (including rental cars) and related travel services. All services under this RFP are governed by State of Texas, UT System and UT Austin policies and procedures related to the selection of vendor, insurance and liability, travel oversight and other related governance. These governance items are modified over the term of the agreement and

the TMC shall comply with all modifications to these governance requirements.
