ADVERTISEMENT FOR BIDSSealed Bids for the BICENTENNIAL VILLAGE MULTIMODAL IMPROVEMENTS PROJECT will be received electronically via the PennBid Program by Alburtis Borough, until 12:00 p.m. local time on August 30, 2023. At 2:30 pm the bids will be received by the Borough from Pennbid and read publicly.All project documents and details are available at no cost on PennBid (www.pennbid.net)A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at 1:00 p.m. local time on August 16, 2023 at 260 Franklin St, Alburtis, PA 18011.Each bidder is required to bid on the total project. Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond or certified check made payable to “Alburtis Borough” in the amount of 10% of the total bid. The successful bidder shall provide a performance bond or certified check to the municipality in the amount of 100% of the contract within 20 days after the contract is awarded.
