Contractor shall provide all labor, tools, equipment and equipment fuel, supervisor, transportation, materials and supplies necessary to perform the following: work will consist of removing snow and ice from all parking lots, driveways, access points, doorways, and walkways as shown on drawings. Application of snow melting products on sidewalks, and additional removal from public walkway. Contractor shall exercise good judgement during times of snowfall and/or icing so that duplication of effort does not occur. Areas need to be cleared of snow and receive application of de-icer from approximately November 21st to April 30th each year depending on snow fall and/or ice
