The selected firm will perform the design and plan development work necessary to produce the construction contract documents. The selected firm will be required to provide any needed Topographic Survey, Pavement Design, Geotechnical Services, Environmental Documentation, all Permit Applications, Utility Coordination, Design Plans, Traffic Management Plan, IHCP waiver request and Construction Phase Services. The INDOT Project Manager and the Consultant will schedule the Scoping Meeting within two (2) weeks of the Notice of Selection. The selected consultant's fee proposal shall be due 45 calendar days after the selection date for this RFP
