Town Park Restroom Foundation & Utilities Project

received at the office of the Town Clerk, located at 240 Tamal Vista Blvd., Corte Madera, California 94925, until the hour of 11:30 a.m. on Thursday, March 28th, 2024 at which time they will be publicly opened and read, for performing the following work as indicated in the construction plans: The goal of the project is to provide a public restroom facility for the park. This project includes concrete foundations, utilities including a sewer ejector pump station, building pad preparation work, and site improvements to support the installation of the prefabricated restroom facility. The prefabricated restroom and the concrete slab are not included in this contract; however, the work includes improvements before and after the prefabricated building installation. Normal working hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $180,000. A mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for 1:00 P.M. on Thursday, March 21, 2024 for

this project. Plans, Specifications, and Bid Forms may be obtained at the Town of Corte Madera Website (link below) and must be downloaded a minimum of 72 hours prior to bid, for no charge.
