This project includes concrete foundations, utilities including a sewer ejector pump station, building pad preparation work, and site improvements to support the installation of the prefabricated restroom facility. The prefabricated restroom and the concrete slab are not included in this contract; however, the work includes improvements before and after the prefabricated building installation. Normal working hours are 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. The Engineer’s estimate for this project is $180,000.
